Hi from Mario!

We are a small dairy located in Agerola on the Lattari Mountains, a terrace overlooking the Amalfi Coast, and in close proximity to the famous Path of the Gods. Our concept was to establish a local dairy using only self-produced milk from our herd of Pezzate Rosse cows. You can participate in real-time production workshops of our typical products, such as the famous Fior di Latte or Caciocavallo, experiencing the cheese-making process firsthand! In our warm and welcoming environment, you can then savor our/your typical cheeses and cured meats at the table, presented on cutting boards, and enjoy appetizers with unique flavor combinations, all accompanied by excellent wines and local Campanian beers.
