"I have always breathed the passion for good cooking: I remember that our afternoon snack was often a cup of custard made with the egg just laid by the hens. Cooking, therefore, has been an ever-present and important component since my childhood and just when my personal and professional path seemed to be marked I could not resist the charm of its traditions and its emotions linked to memories.
