Hi from Antonio!
I am a cook, originally from Positano. By traveling to the United States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and many Italian cities, I have learned new cooking techniques and discovered delicious recipes. I enjoy teaching my guests how to cook bread, fish and meat dishes.... But most of all, I love making fresh pasta!

- We couldn't be happier with our experience! Antonio was so wonderful and welcoming. The dishes he had us prepare were familiar, but far simpler than we expected and certainly more delicious. I'm looking forward to cooking them at home. I would absolutely recommend any class with Antonio!

- Antonia’s cooking course was unbelievable. We had such a happy (and delicious) day. It was a privilege being able to cook in Antonia’s home and meet his lovely wife and baby. We could not recommend this cooking course enough. We are excited to replace the recipes for our families back home
