Hi from Antonio!

I am a cook, originally from Positano. By traveling to the United States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and many Italian cities, I have learned new cooking techniques and discovered delicious recipes. I enjoy teaching my guests how to cook bread, fish and meat dishes.... But most of all, I love making fresh pasta!

Wonderful authentic cooking class with gracious hosts. Perfect blend of teaching and hands on learning. Beautiful location overlooking the water. All food is fresh, local, and high quality. A great time and great value! Highly recommend for couples and groups.

Chef Antonio was so kind and hospitable, we learned how to make tagliatelle pasta and gnocchi, basil pesto, and tiramisu. It was so delicious! He also makes his own olive oil and we purchased some to take home with us! Incredible experience.
