I have found in the kitchen one of the best ways to express myself. Born as a Pasta Maker, I discovered cooking for the 'passion for flavors'. Therefore, I only use fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients. I respect them as much as possible to allow them to express themselves at their best, and the search for this purpose is continuous. I like to combine few ingredients but making them all well discernible to the palate. I love sharing my knowledge and passion by teaching as well, beyond the specific dish, all the tricks and tips adaptable to various types of preparations in order to always achieve the best possible result.
