Explore traditional Campanian cuisine with me, immersing yourself in the colors and scents of Cetara. Together, we'll explore the authenticity of our ingredients as we prepare a lunch or dinner scrupulously following ancient local recipes. Starting with appetizers, with selections of cured meats and cheeses paired with jams and sparkling wines, we will then move on to master the art of homemade pasta making, including two of our favorites: water and flour gnocchi with sauce and cheese al tegamino, and tortelloni filled with ricotta. I will also show you traditional cooking and stirring techniques, both hot and cold, to give you the freedom to create your own versions of the recipes. We will conclude this culinary experience with our ever-present Tiramisu.

I have found in the kitchen one of the best ways to express myself. Born as a Pasta Maker, I discovered cooking for the 'passion for flavors'. Therefore, I only use fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients. I respect them as much as possible to allow them to express themselves at their best, and the search for this purpose is continuous. I like to combine few ingredients but making them all well discernible to the palate. I love sharing my knowledge and passion by teaching as well, beyond the specific dish, all the tricks and tips adaptable to various types of preparations in order to always achieve the best possible result. I await you in the heart of Cetara, immersed in the unique colors and scents of this splendid seaside village, to discover these flavors and techniques that have always characterized us as a region.
