A contemporary pizza experience: a trio of pizzas, mini pizzas, fried pizzas and modern pizza using different types of flour and sourdough. a long 24-hour rising process makes the pizza not only tasty, but also easily digestible and healthy. What becomes key is the use of fresh vegetables from my garden and vegetable garden as toppings for the pizzas, as well as fruit for the sorbet, giving it all a flavor that takes us back in time.

What a wonderful evening of lovely food and conversation. Antonia delighted us with a menu based on vegetables that were homegrown, as well as made with her passion for good homemade Italian food.
