A contemporary pizza experience: a trio of pizzas, mini pizzas, fried pizzas and modern pizza using different types of flour and sourdough. a long 24-hour rising process makes the pizza not only tasty, but also easily digestible and healthy. What becomes key is the use of fresh vegetables from my garden and vegetable garden as toppings for the pizzas, as well as fruit for the sorbet, giving it all a flavor that takes us back in time.

È stata un'esperienza davvero fenomenale. Grazie Antonia. Abbiamo preparato diverse pizze utilizzando i più svariati metodi e alla fine ci siamo seduti a tavola tutti insieme. È stata davvero una giornata piacevole! La casa di Antonia è davvero accogliente e la cucina è super accessoriata e pronta per ogni prova culinaria.

This was my absolute favorite experience in Salerno!! Antonia and her husband were such gracious hosts, they immediately made me feel right at home in their beautiful place! And the meal was just incredible, more than the 4 courses promised, everything delicious! And topped off at the end with home made sorbet and liqueurs. They also gave me suggestions on a couple of places not to miss and looked up and wrote down the train schedule for me. Truly wonderful hosts, I couldn't have imagined a better experience. Cosi grato!!!
