A contemporary pizza experience: a trio of pizzas, mini pizzas, fried pizzas and modern pizza using different types of flour and sourdough. a long 24-hour rising process makes the pizza not only tasty, but also easily digestible and healthy. What becomes key is the use of fresh vegetables from my garden and vegetable garden as toppings for the pizzas, as well as fruit for the sorbet, giving it all a flavor that takes us back in time.

- Our time with Antonia was wonderful. She made an amazing meal and we enjoyed our time with her. She let us try some apertifs her husband made and sent us back to our ship with some Limoncello. We are now trying to recreate the turkey / peas that she made for us. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon - it was perfect being inside while it was raining outside!
