For this cooking class, I will prepare the famous pizzelle di fiorilli: fried courgette flowers in batter, a delicious classic of regional cuisine. The first dish of the cooking class will be handmade lagane with cicerale chickpeas, a typical dish from Salerno. To finish, we will taste the famous caprese salad, made with mozzarella from Aversa or Battipaglia.

- Our time with Antonia was wonderful. She made an amazing meal and we enjoyed our time with her. She let us try some apertifs her husband made and sent us back to our ship with some Limoncello. We are now trying to recreate the turkey / peas that she made for us. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon - it was perfect being inside while it was raining outside!
