Welcome to our home on the picturesque Amalfi Coast, where history and beauty come together, creating one of Italy's most delicious culinary traditions. Join us for an unforgettable culinary experience. During our cooking class, we will begin with a welcome appetizer, prepared with fresh produce from our garden, artisanal cheeses and homemade bread. The main part of the class will be dedicated to the preparation of fresh pasta. We will guide you in creating a filled pasta (ravioli, tortelloni or candy), varying according to the season, and we will also make a long pasta, such as mafalde. To end on a sweet note, you will learn how to make the original delicious tiramisu recipe. We look forward to having you in our family!

- Carla and Rocco are truly the sweetest family, and this was hands down one of the best experiences my husband, Julièn, and I had during our honeymoon in Italy. We booked a private cooking class at their beautiful home, and from start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. Rocco even came to find us so we wouldn’t have any trouble locating the house. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel like family. He welcomed us with the most delicious homemade wine (I’m still begging him to bottle and sell it someday!), and his warm, funny personality instantly made us feel at home. Their backyard is absolutely breathtaking, with incredible views and beautiful fruit trees all around. It felt like stepping into a dream. Carla was an amazing teacher. She showed us how to make fresh pasta completely from scratch in such an easy, fun, and approachable way. She was patient, encouraging, and answered every question we had. She made sure both my husband and I had the chance to learn every step, and she created such a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. It honestly felt like cooking with family. One of our favorite moments was getting to meet their adorable daughter at the end. It was such a special surprise, and we loved spending time with all of them. We truly didn’t want the class to end. The meal was incredible, the flavors were to die for. The homemade dessert, their delicious zuppa inglese—was absolute perfection. This wasn’t just a cooking class; it was an unforgettable experience that became one of the highlights of our honeymoon. Carla and Rocco made our trip so incredibly special, and we are already talking about coming back. Every time we visit Italy, this will be at the top of our list, and next time we’re bringing our friends with us. If you’re looking for an authentic Italian experience filled with incredible food, breathtaking views, and the kindest people you’ll ever meet, this is it. - Rocco was truly great! If you’re looking to do a cooking class in the Amalfi area then I highly recommend him. At first I was expecting a cooking class with other groups but this was not the case. Rocco welcomes you to his own home and will give your group a true one on one experience. They are locals to the area and will show you what Italian really means. That may sound intimidating at first but that’s not the case. Rocco and his wife bring a personable experience you won’t forget.

For them, cooking is not just passion, it’s a lifestyle. Their experiences in the restaurant world, have given life to their project: to combine gastronomic passion, traditions and genuine food cooked with the produce that they have grown or even fished themselves.
