Ready to immerse yourself in the history of my winemaking family, visit our winery and participate in a "fior di latte" mozzarella and gnocchi workshop?
It will be my pleasure to welcome you with a cup of coffee before visiting our vineyard. Wine tasting will take place in our ancient winery where you will try the organic wines (red and white) that we produce from the grapes of our vineyards. We will prepare and then enjoy typical Agerola mozzarella and gnocchi. The gnocchi will be cooked Sorrento style (with sauce and fresh mozzarella made together). This experience also includes a homemade dessert and limoncello. All will be accompanied with good wine and oil from our olives.

I, on the other hand, craft typical fresh pasta every day, including gnocchi, scialatielli, and ravioli. I will share with you the story of our family farmhouse, insights, and the little secrets behind each ingredient and dish. Discover the local traditional cuisine of Agerola and the Amalfi Coast, savoring dishes prepared with organic ingredients produced on our farm. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to taste two types of homemade organic wine: Aglianico and Catalanesco. You can also explore our cellar where we store the wine we produce and some other products from our farm.
