In an intimate and modern setting, you can delight your palate at lunch or dinner with a simple menu prepared with products from the Sorrento area. As an appetizer, we offer caponatina with Sorrento cherry tomatoes , basil and Bocconcini di mozzarella or delicious fried pizzette. You can choose between first courses ranging from Gnocchi alla sorrentina or ravioli alla caprese typical of our territory (fresh homemade pasta) To end the meal, we offer you the opportunity to enjoy a traditional Neapolitan Pastiera or a sweet Tiramisu

- We had a wonderful experience with Clara and her family. After being welcomed into their lovely family home, Clara helped us to make 2 different types of pasta and tiramisu. The accompanying sauces made by Clara are some of the best we’ve ever tasted. Her instructions and help were excellent and I’m looking forward to trying to replicate the dishes at home. It was such a privilege to eat the meal in Clara’s home with some local wine and limoncello too. We would highly recommend this activity!
- Clara was an amazing host and instructor. She was great at making all the recipes simple to follow so that we would feel confident making it back at home. She offers you wine and snacks while she preps and cleans between each recipe. All of the food turned out delicious. On top of that, Clara is so kind and thoughtful. Overall, a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend!
- Super fun cooking class. Well planned and clearly delivered lesson that gave us a new skill to try at home. We would highly recommend.
- Communication about our class beforehand was excellent and helped us to easily find our way to their family home. From the moment we arrived Clara and her family were incredibly welcoming. It was clear that a lot of preparation and thought was put into our session and Clara’s fantastic English meant we were able to leave with lots of detail about the recipes and Italian food culture too. The food was delicious and we are looking forward to re-creating at home with the information we have been given. Thank you Clara.
- Clara is a very nice and attentive hostess. She explained to us very clearly how to make pasta dough and then we were allowed to try it ourselves. She also showed us how the different types of pasta are made and then we were allowed to try them. It was a great evening with very tasty food and nice conversations.

Cesarina from 2023Location: Piano di Sorrento Languages: Italian, English, French, SpanishMy name is Clara, born in Paris to Campanian parents. I lived in Sorrento until the age of 18, and then I traveled around the world for work. I immediately fell in love with trying international and multicultural cuisine, and while working on cruise ships as a hotel manager, I learned firsthand how to navigate large kitchens on 4-star floating hotels. It was there that my passion for pastry also emerged, leading me to deepen my studies at Compait and attend various courses for artisan bread-making. I greatly enjoy teaching what has always been a profound passion of mine. My specialties undoubtedly include desserts, artisan bread, basic pastry, and the traditional sweets of my region. Pastiera, sfogliatelle, and other delights. I also love making pizza and fresh pasta with great enthusiasm.
