A lunch or dinner at my home is a journey through the flavors of my family, where every dish tells a story of tradition, authenticity, and heartfelt hospitality.

To start, a mix of delicious appetizers prepared following my grandmother’s recipes. As a first course, Neapolitan lasagna: handmade egg pasta rolled with care, homemade meatballs, summer-preserved tomato sauce, and a generous layer of fresh fiordilatte mozzarella.

Next comes the ragù meat, slow-cooked for over eight hours until it becomes tender, flavorful, and infused with all the warmth of old-style home cooking.

For dessert, cream and sour cherry cake – the same one my family has always made for our Patron Saint’s feast day.

To drink: your choice of a fresh Falanghina from the Campi Flegrei or a full-bodied Aglianico.

Wat een super leuke cursus. Hele lieve mensen die ons leerde goncci en tiramisu te maken. Starte met wat hapjes lekker wijntje erbij gewoon in hun huis. Absoluut een aanrader om te doen.
