    My home is nestled amidst greenery, and here you can pick your favorite seasonal vegetables from my garden. Made with genuine, fresh ingredients, the dishes I offer reflect the culture of my region, our traditions, and my love for good food. My cooking is rooted in family, with recipes passed down through generations that embody the flavor and color of my land. At my place, you'll find mixed vegetable salads, simple yet uniquely flavored first courses, homemade bread, and excellent wine produced by me. The show-stopper, however, is the breathtaking view of the gulf with Mount Vesuvius in the background.

    Alexandra is a beautiful person and hostess. She made my mother-daughter trip with my mom, one I will never forget. She introduced us to fresh markets that included: a home bakery, fish market, produce market, cheese market and treated us to coffee at a local coffee bar before going to her beautiful home. Her home was inviting. We prepared many dishes and tasted our creations and so much more. I adore this beautiful soul. This experience is a must!

    Alessandra was a very sweet girl putting g up with us that couldn't speak Italian. She was very hospital and her ho.e was so very nice. Thefood was delicious and it was fun helping to make the pasta. We had a very pleasant evening with her. I would recommend going if you have time on your trip.

    I recently attended a cooking class hosted by Cesarina Alessandra, and it was a delightful experience! Our small group of four was warmly welcomed as Alessandra picked us up and took us to the local market. We explored a fish market, a charming cheese shop, sampling fresh mozzarella and other fine cheeses, before heading to a lovely bread store. The journey to Alessandra’s beautiful home, nestled in the hills of Sorrento, was breathtaking. Once there, the cooking began, and we were treated to a warm family atmosphere. I had the pleasure of meeting her dogs, cat, son, and husband, making the experience feel even more personal. We learned how to make our own pasta dough for ravioli, and Alessandra explained the importance of minimal air exposure and timing, which we found to be a game-changer compared to our attempts at home. She guided us through the process of using the pasta machine to achieve the perfect thinness. In addition to the ravioli, we also prepared eggplant parm and tiramisu, all under Alessandra's expert guidance. The views from her home were absolutely stunning, adding to the magic of the day. It was an amazing and delicious adventure, and I highly recommend this tour to everyone looking to dive into authentic Italian cooking!
