We will uncork a bottle of excellent prosecco and with my delicious appetizers I will immediately connect you with the place you have chosen for your vacation: the parmigiana di melenzane, the caprese salad with tomatoes, the treccia sorrentina and basil, my rustic pizzas, the bruschette with vegetables from the garden, the tagliere with a selection of our special cheeses, ricotta di fuscella, provolone del monaco, caciotta with lemon... and then to the kitchen, to create and taste magic: ravioli made together a hundred ways and tiramisu!

- Cooking class in Sorrento with Laura of Cesarina at her beautiful home. What a truly unique and special experience to cook pasta and tiramisu with this exceptional woman and her assistant (I'm so sorry I forgot her name) both were incredibly inviting, and warm. We felt as though we were visiting family. The class was educational and fun and the food was outstanding. If you're in Sorrento look her up! Thanks again Laura!

In a welcoming and authentic atmosphere, we learned to make handmade gnocchi and a delicious traditional tiramisu. The hostess was very kind, patient, and shared with us not only her recipes, but also stories and traditions of Italian cuisine. It was a special moment, full of flavors, smiles, and passion. I highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to experience true Italian cuisine in a genuine and engaging way. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this wonderful experience!
