Our cooking class is a fusion of passion, tradition and innovation, a journey to share together in the discovery of Cilento cheeses. You will be able to participate in live interactive lessons. After the class, you will have the opportunity to put into practice what you have learned, experiencing the magic of mozzarella preparation. The duration of the class is about 2 hours and is organized for a group of between 4 and 12 people to ensure an exclusive experience. During the cooking class, we also prepare 'acqua sale,' a poor dish typical of our Cilento areas, made with hard bread, olive oil, cherry tomatoes and basil. This dish goes perfectly with mozzarella cheese. Upon request, we can also use gluten-free bread for those who need it.
