I will take you on a journey filled with unforgettable aromas and flavors. Together, we will create three desserts from the ancient Neapolitan tradition, recipes passed down from generation to generation that we will prepare using local dairy products and homemade candied fruits made strictly from Sorrento citrus. I will teach you how to make Neapolitan Pastiera (and share its origins), Shortcrust Sfogliatelle, and finally, the "Deliziose" featuring ricotta, chocolate, and hazelnut crumbs.

My wife and I did a cooking class with Clara on our honeymoon and this was one of the highlights of our trip! Clara was so fun and welcoming and taught us a lot. We appreciate how kind she was letting us into her home and also learned about life in Italy. We will certainly be making the pasta and tiramisu again, it was so simple yet so tasty!

My husband and I had a fun experience making pasta, ravioli and tiramisu with Clara . In the short breaks while waiting for the dough to settle and the pasta to be cooked, we got to enjoy sipping wine with a tagliere misto and looked out to piazza .

A very intimate cooking class in the chefs personal space. She is very knowledgeable and explains the steps well and takes dietary in consideration. Our chef also helped us by picking us up and then directing us to our next destination. Also helped us book our tickets to Capri and to the airport. We had a wonderful experience with Clara and her family. After being welcomed into their lovely family home, Clara helped us to make 2 different types of pasta and tiramisu. The accompanying sauces made by Clara are some of the best we’ve ever tasted. Her instructions and help were excellent and I’m looking forward to trying to replicate the dishes at home. It was such a privilege to eat the meal in Clara’s home with some local wine and limoncello too. We would highly recommend this activity!

Clara was an amazing host and instructor. She was great at making all the recipes simple to follow so that we would feel confident making it back at home. She offers you wine and snacks while she preps and cleans between each recipe. All of the food turned out delicious. On top of that, Clara is so kind and thoughtful. Overall, a wonderful experience. My name is Clara, born in Paris to Campanian parents. I lived in Sorrento until the age of 18, and then I traveled around the world for work. I immediately fell in love with trying international and multicultural cuisine, and while working on cruise ships as a hotel manager, I learned firsthand how to navigate large kitchens on 4-star floating hotels. It was there that my passion for pastry also emerged, leading me to deepen my studies at Compait and attend various courses for artisan bread-making. I greatly enjoy teaching what has always been a profound passion of mine. My specialties undoubtedly include desserts, artisan bread, basic pastry, and the traditional sweets of my region. Pastiera, sfogliatelle, and other delights. I also love making pizza and fresh pasta with great enthusiasm.
