Welcome to my cozy Neapolitan home, where I invite you on a culinary journey through the beautiful region of Campania. In the course of the experience, you will discover three dishes that will take you on an unforgettable gastronomic tour.
We will begin with mozzarella from Caserta buffaloes, a renowned product of the area, known for its freshness and goodness. Next, you will enjoy ravioli, a specialty of the enchanting island of Capri. Finally, we will conclude our culinary journey in Naples with Migliaccio cake, a traditional dessert that captures the heart and palate of anyone who tastes it.
I look forward to sharing these culinary treasures of Campania and welcoming you to my home.

- Wow! We had an amazing evening with wonderful Elisa. Elisa has is so passionate about local culture and cuisine and has so much knowledge of cooking. We have already experimented a lot at home with making pizza so had a lot of questions ready for Elisa and she was ready to answer them all. We also learned a lot about the traditions of pizza in Naples, including making and enjoying the 3 types of pizza. Everything was well prepared for the class so we spent the whole time cooking or eating. Elisa's kitchen is beautiful and spotlessly clean. I'm so glad we picked Elisa's class, we were able to learn so much and she had lots of patience to help us really understand the best techniques. It was also a pleasure to enjoy some delicious wine and meet Elisa's lovely family.

- Elisa was amazing!!! In her beautiful kitchen she made us feel like part of her family! We worked together on all 3 parts of the meal and she let us take detailed recipe notes. Food was very napolese and fresh and absolutely delicious. I would visit her again.
- Elisa invited us in to her beautiful home and taught us how to cook several Italian foods. She was patient and kind and knew what she was doing. She gave us some wine and we could not have had a better time! We highly recommend Elisa and this excursion!!
