"Everything reflects us, says something about us: my territory is rich in contrasts (like me), my house is a mix of styles that create an orderly disorder, my practical table, bright tones with a touch of color, the passion for cooking comes from my sense of belonging, especially to family."

I would give Elisa more than 5 stars if it were possible. I'd give her all the stars. She is an amazing cook. She taught us how to make bruschetta, pizza maghareta, pizza marina, and tiramisu. It was all amazing and delicious. Elisa was patient and understanding with us, even after I accidentally broke an egg yolk while trying to separate the white. She provided great tips and advice for each recipe. Most importantly, and unexpectedly, was the Neopolitan hospitality that she and her family showed our group. It was truly next level. They opened their beautiful and spacious home to us and treated us like dear, old friends. Our three hours with them went by so fast. We were disappointed when it was time to go back to our hotel, none of us wanted to leave. By the end we felt as though she and her family were now an extended part of our family. I hope they felt the same way we did.

We had a wonderful evening in a warm and familiar atmosphere. The pizza was absolutely delicious and the recipes were creative and full of flavor. Everything was prepared with great care, making the whole experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I had a really great evening and cooking class together with Elisa. We made very delicious gnocchi alla sorrentina, ravioli caprese and migliaccio napoletano for dessert. I hope to visit again for another cooking class in the future.

We are so glad we had this experience - my kids learned to love a new food that they enjoyed playing an active role in making, which is a primary highlight of our 10 day trip. Elisa was kind and supportive, going above and beyond in her flexibility — she agreed to modify the menu at our request and then, when we got very lost and ended up in a completely different town from where she lives after getting on an express train by mistake, she offered to reschedule for the next night and gave us recommendations for salvaging our evening, even checking on us by text throughout the night to make sure we were okay! When we actually managed to have the class (again arriving late because of a train shutdown), the food was delicious and she encouraged us to write down the recipes as we went. There were some nuances we had to ask about to be able to replicate the recipes later - e.g. how to know how long to beat something or how to know when the pasta was done cooking in the sauce - but when we asked she always tried to explain (sometimes using a translator app if needed). We are glad we took this class; our suggestion to future attendees would be to just save a little hassle and take a taxi to begin with, giving the name of the tire shop as the destination :)
