Nestled in the gulf, Naples wakes up to views of its splendid sea every day. The same sea which the large, green balcony of our Cesarina's house overlooks, and which offers a breathtaking panorama.The house where Emanuela is hosting us is spacious, furnished with traditional, refined in taste and flooded with light. Emanuela’s passion for the culinary arts goes back to when she was still a small child, peeking into “mama’s" kitchen. Our Cesarina is a clever mosaic: her intuition for the accompaniments and perfect combinations has made her an expert in the art of preparing good food. Flavors and fragrances are skillfully put together to tell the history and traditions of her region.

- I forkant ble vi kontaktet og planlegging/ organisering ble gjort lett. På markedsturen ble vi fortalt om produkter og bruksområder. Hun hadde mye kunnskap og vi ble godt tatt imot. Maten var nydelig. Vi trivdes veldig godt på kurset hennes og anbefaler å gjøre det.
- This was one of the best parts of our first trip to Italy. Emanuela was warm, informative and patient with us as we fumbled through the pasta making, and tried to secretly eat her mozzarella. Highly recommend spending time in Naples in general and when you do, going to Emanuela's house to cook, eat, drink and enjoy life.
- Premetto che io ho partecipato a questa esperienza ignara di cosa si trattasse essendo un regalo per mia mamma, ma si è rivelata un’esperienza bellissima. Emanuela ci ha fatto sentire parte della sua vita e famiglia per l’accoglienza, i sorrisi e la disponibilità. La location è da sogno. Mamma ed io abbiamo imparato ricette nuove ed abbiamo aggiunto segreti a quelle che già conoscevamo. Non volevamo più andarcene talmente siamo state bene. Emanuela ha permesso a mia mamma di cucinare un piatto fuori programma e le siamo molto grate. Un esperienza che pochi napoletani concepiscono e capiscono ma credetemi non bisogna mai dare niente per scontato. Grazie Emanuela per tutto!
- Siamo stati a casa di Emanuela, una serata molto piacevole trascorsa a chiacchierare sulla terrazza di questa meravigliosa casa con una vista su Napoli spettacolare. Buon cibo tradizionale accompagnato da buon vino e soprattutto dalla gentilezza, disponibilità e passione per la cucina della tradizione di Emanuela e Maurizio. Ci siamo sentiti a casa, una piacevole scoperta ed una bellissima esperienza. Complimenti
