Nestled in the gulf, Naples wakes up to views of its splendid sea every day. The same sea which the large, green balcony of our Cesarina's house overlooks, and which offers a breathtaking panorama.The house where Emanuela is hosting us is spacious, furnished with traditional, refined in taste and flooded with light. Emanuela’s passion for the culinary arts goes back to when she was still a small child, peeking into “mama’s" kitchen. Our Cesarina is a clever mosaic: her intuition for the accompaniments and perfect combinations has made her an expert ​​in the art of preparing good food. Flavors and fragrances are skillfully put together to tell the history and traditions of her region.

Emanuela and her husband were absolutely outstanding. She was incredible knowledge and shared with us the history of the city and the food we were making. The food we made was incredible and i feel confident to re-create it once we are home. I cannot say enough good things about the hospitality of them both. Mauricio was kind enough to even take us on a scenic tour of Naples and drop us back at the cruise port before he headed to work when our class was over. I will absolutely do this again when we have the chance to come back to Naples. If you are debating or on the fence about booking this class- DO IT! ❤️

We really enjoyed our class with Manuela! It was appropriate for kids and adults and it really taught us how to cook! We were able to make delicious pasta when we came home!

I forkant ble vi kontaktet og planlegging/ organisering ble gjort lett. På markedsturen ble vi fortalt om produkter og bruksområder. Hun hadde mye kunnskap og vi ble godt tatt imot. Maten var nydelig. Vi trivdes veldig godt på kurset hennes og anbefaler å gjøre det.

This was one of the best parts of our first trip to Italy. Emanuela was warm, informative and patient with us as we fumbled through the pasta making, and tried to secretly eat her mozzarella. Highly recommend spending time in Naples in general and when you do, going to Emanuela's house to cook, eat, drink and enjoy life.
