Get your hands dirty and discover all the secrets of my kitchen! I will guide you through traditions and recipes, sharing the art of using the fragrant herbs that I grow myself. Weather permitting, we’ll take a stroll through my small garden on the terrace overlooking the sea, where we can pick fresh vegetables and aromatic herbs together.
After admiring the stunning view of Naples from the terrace facing the Gulf, we will begin by kneading flour and semolina to prepare sweet ravioli, using a reinvented and secret recipe. Next, we’ll make scialatielli, which we will dress with seasonal vegetables to enhance their flavors.

- I had booked this as a surprise for my husbands 40th and we loved it! Emanuela made us feel so welcomed in her home she even decorated it with balloons and banners. We had the best afternoon making pasta and tiramisu and even have the recipes so we can make it at home. We had our 6 month old little girl with us and Emanuela borrowed a high chair from her sister and her family helped entertain her so we could learn our new cooking skills. If you’re ever in Napoli I highly recommend!
