Get your hands dirty and discover all the secrets of my kitchen! I will guide you through traditions and recipes, sharing the art of using the fragrant herbs that I grow myself. Weather permitting, we’ll take a stroll through my small garden on the terrace overlooking the sea, where we can pick fresh vegetables and aromatic herbs together.
After admiring the stunning view of Naples from the terrace facing the Gulf, we will begin by kneading flour and semolina to prepare sweet ravioli, using a reinvented and secret recipe. Next, we’ll make scialatielli, which we will dress with seasonal vegetables to enhance their flavors.
