I live in one of the most picturesque parks in the city, in a house with a terrace-garden overlooking the Bay of Naples. Here I like to let you enjoy the view by describing the history of the most famous monuments, and then we move on to the kitchen to let you discover the secrets of my family's recipes. I am passionate about traditional cooking. In my cooking class we start with pasta grown fragrant with spices gathered from the garden and then the queen of my table: pasta e patane ,enriched by buffalo provolone cheese! Can't miss dessert :the berry tiramisu so loved by my children. All washed down with homemade wine and limoncello!

Emanuela was simply an amazing host and cooking teacher! She told us all her secrets to great cooking and shared her lovely home to host us for dinner on her balcony with breathtaking views overlooking Napoli. What an amazing evening we had, great dinner and great company, would HIGHLY recommend Emanuela to anyone wanting a truly authentic Italian cooking experience and an evening to remember :)

We did not know what we were expecting when we entered a taxi to head towards Emanuela’s address. When we exited, our hosts greeted us, and showed us towards a beautiful terrace, full of growing basil, tomatoes, peppers, and the most spectacular panoramic view of Napoli. Emanuela and Maurizio emanate warmth, kindness, and hospitality. We learned how to make pizza, calzone, bruschetta, and several varieties of tiramisu, while sharing stories, Maurizio’s homemade family wine from a local grape variety, and listening to the sounds of our mischievous kids. It was a perfect afternoon, and convinced us that we will have to return to Napoli.

Cuoca unica,professionalmente e umanamente. Allestimento tavoli stupendo. Tutto curato nei dettagli. Antipasti caldi (panzarotti,frittelle,barchetta di salsiccia su salsa friarielli,polpettine varie ,parmigiana melanzane) antipasti freddi tra cui mozzarelle bufala....portate buonissime servite da staff simpatico il tutto in una cornice spettacolare...golfo di Napoli. Grazie per aver reso questa festa meravigliosa. Tornero'presto anche per una cena familiare sempre in terrazzo!!!!!

The house where Emanuela is hosting us is spacious, furnished with traditional, refined in taste and flooded with light. Emanuela’s passion for the culinary arts goes back to when she was still a small child, peeking into “mama’s" kitchen. Our Cesarina is a clever mosaic: her intuition for the accompaniments and perfect combinations has made her an expert ​​in the art of preparing good food. Flavors and fragrances are skillfully put together to tell the history and traditions of her region.
