You will experience the unique experience of cooking and eating in a home overlooking the Bay of Naples! I will reveal all the secrets of Neapolitan cuisine, following you step by step and teaching you recipes that you can propose to your friends and family once you return home!

You will be welcomed with an aperitif with bruschetta and limoncello spritz after admiring and learning about the most important monuments from the view from the hill of Posillipo. Transfer to the kitchen I will teach you how to make fresh pasta! You will discover the secrets of homemade ravioli and scialatielli! And then let's prepare together the local version of tiramisu with homemade limoncello!

Highlight of the whole trip! Such a wonderful experience, and one we’ll never forget. We had such high hopes and expectations, and Emanuela exceeded them all. This was our favorite experience in Naples. Emanuela took us through the fresh market area of the city, providing a fascinating history through the lens of food. We learned about dozens of different ingredients, where they come from, and which vendors have been there the longest. We stoped for a cone of street food, and sampled sausages and smoked mozzarella. I especially enjoyed learning about the different varieties of cheeses and tomatoes available. After picking up fresh baked bread, we travelled to her beautiful home and began cooking. We created a ricotta and biscuit cake (family recipe), cut tomatoes for bruschetta, and made fresh pasta for a tomato, caper and olive dish. From the family-made olive oil and wine to the beautiful view from her dining table, Emanuela made us feel at home. Her passion for true Neapolitan cuisine is infectious. We are involved in teaching others how to grow and cook their own food in America, and we are inspired by Emanuela. We highly recommend this experience!

The house where Emanuela is hosting us is spacious, furnished with traditional, refined in taste and flooded with light. Emanuela’s passion for the culinary arts goes back to when she was still a small child, peeking into “mama’s" kitchen. Our Cesarina is a clever mosaic: her intuition for the accompaniments and perfect combinations has made her an expert ​​in the art of preparing good food. Flavors and fragrances are skillfully put together to tell the history and traditions of her region.
