Shared Experience

In a shared experience, other guests may be added, up to the maximum number of people that the host can accommodate. Therefore you may have the opportunity to share your passion for good food and cooking with other people from all over the world!

Your experience
  • Fried pizza
  • Sorrento-style gnocchi
  • Tiramisù

Close your eyes and imagine you are in Naples, and now think of the gulf, the sea, Vesuvius, the food, and immediately your mind takes you to pizza, and then, what better experience to grasp the history and culinary culture of Neapolitan cuisine, in the center of the city, between the sea and the very famous via Toledo, at a snap of fingers from the major tourist attractions of my city. I would like to transmit my Neapolitan-ness in the kitchen, kneading together the raw materials, to create the pizza of the homemade one, with genuine flavor, transmitting the history and love of cooking, creating the real fried montanara, making a gnocco sciuè sciuè, made of water and flour, with tomato sauce with lots of love or other famous dishes.

We had and excellent tour Laura, we were taken round areas in Naples we would not have seen otherwise. We stopped on route for delicious bites and beautiful churches. I would definitely recommend this tour with Laura.

Laura
Cesarina from 2018Location: Naples    Languages: Italian and English
In Cesarina Laura’s family, the typical cuisine has always been an intimate, family tradition handed down for generations, starting from her ancestors who owned a typical Neapolitan trattoria in the heart of Naples. Laura’s great grandparents, grandparents, aunts and uncles have jealously preserved all the secrets and tricks that cannot be found in any cookbook. Cooking for Laura is a spiritual exercise, where the combination of aromas, scents, flavors and colors energize her as she continues to fall even more in love with this noble art ... "cooking for others enriches me and fills me with pride."
