Typical Neapolitan dishes with seasonal products, often revisited with a gourmet twist, excellent wine and prosecco for an unforgettable dinner.

We will prepare together three delicious dishes while tasting excellent white wine from Campania.

Appointment at 7.00 pm Saturday and Sunday also for lunch at 12.00

My culinary heart lies in the Campanian tradition, which I love to reinterpret with creativity. My passion for risottos is profound, and I specialize in pairing these dishes with an excellent wine. However, my true love is meat, preferably cooked on a charcoal grill. Even though I have my favorite specialties, I adore the art of cooking in all its forms. The dish that drives my wife crazy is undoubtedly my pasta with clams and lime. I never give up on a gourmet touch in my dishes!
