My culinary heart lies in the Campanian tradition, which I love to reinterpret with creativity. My passion for risottos is profound, and I specialize in pairing these dishes with an excellent wine. However, my true love is meat, preferably cooked on a charcoal grill.Even though I have my favorite specialties, I adore the art of cooking in all its forms.
