My name is Monica and I have always had a great passion for cooking, which I have developed over the years by cooking for my children, family and friends. I enjoy preparing all kinds of dishes, but I have a special connection with Neapolitan cuisine and its authentic traditional flavors. I especially love making traditional first courses and side dishes, keeping the flavors of the past alive. Another great passion of mine is homemade pizza baked in a tray, which I prepare with care and great satisfaction. I also enjoy making desserts, especially classic homemade treats. One of my favorites is definitely tiramisù, which I love preparing for my family and friends. For me, cooking is above all about sharing, being together and creating moments of pleasure through food. Putting passion and love into everything I prepare is what makes every dish special.
