The kitchen is the heart of my home, always filled with aromas, laughter, and people gathered around the table. I love traveling and discovering the world, but it is in my Neapolitan kitchen that I truly feel at harmony. I enjoy cooking traditional dishes such as lasagna, pasta with potatoes and provola, or pastiera, but I also bring to the table flavors discovered during my travels.I love vegetables and natural products: I grow a small vegetable garden and make bread using my sourdough starter. I have fun preparing appetizers, first courses, and anything that involves leavening—my signature dish is a braided brioche filled with local cured meats and dairy products.For me, cooking means sharing: every dish tells a story, a place, and above all, the love for the people around me.
