My cooking style is simple, authentic, and deeply rooted in tradition. I love preparing dishes that tell the story of my family and my region. Many of my recipes have been passed down from my mother and grandmother, and they reflect the typical flavors and aromas of Neapolitan cuisine.I especially enjoy cooking pasta in all its variations, traditional desserts, and of course, meatballs — in every shape and form!I’d love to welcome my guests with genuine dishes that best represent the culinary culture of Campania, with a special focus on Neapolitan cuisine, rich in history, passion, and flavor.
