For me, cooking means sharing: I love cooking for others and creating moments of togetherness. Originally from Avellino and Neapolitan by adoption, I’ve learned to combine my family traditions with the energy and vibrancy of the city.Ragù, genovese, pastiera, pasta and potatoes, caprese, escarole pizza, tiramisù, clams (and much more — the list would be endless!) are never missing from my table!
