- We booked a private Neapolitan cooking class with Rosa and Sean on our honeymoon, and it was the highlight of our time in Naples. Both were wonderful teachers, patient, warm, and clearly passionate about their craft. They went well beyond technique. Along with showing us how to cook, they explained the history behind each recipe and the significance of the ingredients, which made the meal mean far more than just following steps. They also gave us excellent recommendations around Naples, which shaped the rest of our trip. We left full, happy, and with skills we'll actually use at home. Highly recommend to anyone who wants an authentic experience, not a tourist class.

I had a very good time learning the Napolitan recipes but also, through our discussions, I learned about Napolitan history, where to find different typical Napolitan food, etc. I recommend this class to people who want a true Neapolitan experience
