The tour of the Old Mill and Pasta Factory will immerse you in 200 years of history of Pasta Cuomo, a symbol of tradition and quality in pasta production. The visit is divided into four areas: the Historical Area, with documents from the Cuomo family on display; the Made in Italy Area, dedicated to Italian recipes that can be consulted on digital stations; the Emotional Corridor, with sounds, lights and videos that tell the magic of pasta. At the end of the visit, you can have lunch or dinner in our restaurant, inside the historic mill, which has been renovated but was built by our ancestors 200 years ago. You can choose a full menu with appetiser, two first courses and dessert, or individual à la carte dishes.
