A product of the Irpinia culinary tradition, this "Cesarina" has been combining her experience with Neapolitan gastronomy for several years now. My guests will learn how to make the typical Neapolitan dessert: pastiera, a traditional cake with ricotta cheese.
They will be delighted by a welcome aperitif, feel at home, and... want to come back again!
