A product of the Irpinia culinary tradition, this "Cesarina" has been combining her experience with Neapolitan gastronomy for several years now. My guests will learn how to make the typical Neapolitan dessert: pastiera, a traditional cake with ricotta cheese.

- They prepared a delicious aperitivo for me, and I tried my hand at making pasta and tiramisu while enjoying the aperitivo along with some white wine. What I loved was that it wasn’t just about having fun—the two of them also gave me thorough, hands-on guidance on how to actually make everything. The pasta I made was tossed with their family’s secret tomato sauce, and it was truly outstanding. Eating it on the rooftop of the apartment made it even more special. The lemon pasta Rosa made was delicious too, and the tiramisu was fantastic. As someone visiting from Japan, getting to spend time in a local’s apartment was a valuable experience in itself, and the interior was so beautifully done that I couldn’t stop admiring it. On top of that, I was grateful they recommended some great restaurants in Naples. Thank you for such a wonderful time—next time, I’d love to explore the local markets too.
- A charming and very informative Italian cooking experience with Rosa. We prepared a four course meal, starting with the tiramisu, then making fresh pasta from scratch and pasta sauce using her mum’s homemade tomato sauce and herbs from the window garden. Rosa was a lovely and patient host and her partner had lots of local and regional knowledge and tips to share. I attended on my own and felt very welcome, but it would also be perfect for couples, even with kids, who would like making the pasta. Highly recommended.
- An Unforgettable, Authentic Culinary Evening in Naples! Our cooking workshop with Rosa and her boyfriend was hands-down one of the highlights of our trip to Naples. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were welcomed with such genuine warmth and hospitality that we instantly felt at home. Rosa guided us through cooking three delicious, original recipes. These weren't your standard tourist dishes, but beautifully thought-out meals made with fresh, seasonal ingredients. They were unique and flavorful, yet simple enough that we can't wait to recreate them at home! What made it extra special was how accommodating Rosa was with our dietary requirements. She managed to adapt the dishes perfectly without compromising on flavor, ensuring the entire group had an absolutely delicious meal. Throughout the evening, Rosa shared wonderful family stories about cooking and eating, and she even used several ingredients sourced straight from her mother and grandmother. It added such a beautiful, authentic touch to the experience. Between the cooking and the eating, we were served a lovely aperitif to keep the good vibes flowing. To top it all off, we enjoyed our self-made dinner out on the gorgeous rooftop terrace, watching the sun set over Naples. What an incredible evening! Thank you so much, Rosa, for your amazing care, hospitality, and the wonderful company. It was an absolute wonderful experience that we cannot recommend highly enough!
