Imagine dining in a typical southern Italian home, where food culture is sacred, where attention is paid to the authenticity of the products brought to the table and their preparation, made with care, time, and love.
Imagine the bright colors of our dishes, imagine the aromas released by locally sourced ingredients, imagine being enveloped by cheerfulness and music, imagine peeking into my kitchen while I prepare your meal! We will start with an appetizer, treccia and Sorrento tomatoes; as a first course, pasta with sciuè sciuè eggplant and Neapolitan cianfotta (a typical southern Italian stew). For dessert, limoncello babà.

- Fantastic experience. Laura made us feel completely comfortable and like we were family. She was very sweet with our 3-month-old baby. The best part was the passion she put into explaining things to us and the various "tricks" for the perfect pastiera. You can feel her enthusiasm and joy for what she does. A not insignificant detail, the result fully satisfied us both visually and in taste. From next year we won't have to buy pastiera anymore (my wife's favorite dessert). Thank you again, highly recommended as an experience.

- Cooking class in Sorrento with Laura of Cesarina at her beautiful home. What a truly unique and special experience to cook pasta and tiramisu with this exceptional woman and her assistant (I'm so sorry I forgot her name) both were incredibly inviting, and warm. We felt as though we were visiting family. The class was educational and fun and the food was outstanding. If you're in Sorrento look her up! Thanks again Laura!
