Imagine dining in a typical southern Italian home, where the culture of food is sacred, where attention is paid to the authenticity of the products brought to the table, to their preparation done with care, time and love.
Imagine the vibrant colors of our dishes, imagine the scents released from a raw material at km 0, imagine being involved by the cheerfulness and a bit of music, imagine peeking into my kitchen as I prepare for you! We will start with an appetizer, braid and Sorrento tomatoes, as a first course, pasta with eggplant sciuè sciue' and Neapolitan cianfotta (typical southern Italian stew) For dessert, baba with limoncello.

- Our time at this cooking class was so memorable and authentic! We felt like we had such an intimate cooking experience and will be making this recipe for years to come! Didn’t know what to expect and honestly loved every minute! Would do something like this in every country.
