Welcome aboard a cooking session that will take you on a journey through three enchanting places in my land, paying homage to the typicality of three internationally known dishes.
We will begin our adventure in Capri with "raviolo alla caprese," a fresh pasta shell that encloses a delicate filling, topped with a sauce made with fresh cherry tomatoes. From Capri we will move on to Sorrento, where the dough of the gnocco is simple but the use of ingredients is what makes the difference: a rich tomato puree, our creamy fiordilatte and extra virgin olive oil from the surrounding hills. Finally, we will stop in Nerano to discover "scialatiello," a fresh pasta invented by a Sorrento chef.
