A journey through the most authentic flavours of a Neapolitan Christmas, featuring time-honoured recipes, the scent of spices and traditional sweets!
I invite you into my kitchen to enjoy an experience dedicated to Christmas pastries from Campania, discovering flavours that tell the story of the history, culture and warmth of family celebrations. Together we’ll prepare two of Christmas’s star treats: panettone (demonstration) and traditional roccocò – fragrant, spiced biscuits, rich in almonds and with an enveloping aroma. We’ll uncover the secrets of the recipes, the ingredients and the little touches that make these sweets so special, handed down through the generations. Once we’ve finished making them, we’ll treat ourselves to a delicious tasting of all the festive Neapolitan pastries and a toast to the New Year!

Their warmth, kindness, and genuine passion for sharing Italian culture made the entire experience so special. Learning to make fresh pasta and authentic tiramisu from recipes passed down through generations was such a unique and memorable experience. The instructions were easy to follow, and we loved hearing the stories and traditions behind each dish. There was something so special about cooking in a real Italian home rather than a commercial kitchen. The food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was warm, intimate, and full of laughter. It felt less like a class and more like spending an afternoon with friends around the dinner table. If you're looking for an authentic Italian experience, this is a must-do. I would book this again and again without hesitation. Thank you for such a wonderful afternoon and for sharing your home, traditions, and incredible hospitality with us. We will cherish these memories—and these recipes—for years to come!
