    My home is nestled amidst greenery, and here you can pick your favorite seasonal vegetables from my garden. Made with genuine, fresh ingredients, the dishes I offer reflect the culture of my region, our traditions, and my love for good food. My cooking is rooted in family, with recipes passed down through generations that embody the flavor and color of my land. At my place, you'll find mixed vegetable salads, simple yet uniquely flavored first courses, homemade bread, and excellent wine produced by me. The show-stopper, however, is the breathtaking view of the gulf with Mount Vesuvius in the background.

    My husband and I brought our twin 18 year old grandsons to Italy and we all wanted to do a cooking class. What a blessing to have Alessandra as our chef! She picked us up at our apartment and gave us lovely views of the bay and landscape on our way up to her beautiful home. We felt so welcome and the views!! Wow. We had a prosecco and some snacks as she was telling us about the evening’s meal. We all absolute loved how she explained techniques and helped correct our mistakes. Everything was seamless and we sat down to our delicious meal with our tiramisu for dessert. I would tell everyone to do this - it was one of the more enjoyable things we did and much of it was because of Alessandra. Thank you so much!

    Our family had an absolutely wonderful cooking experience with Alessandra Mauriello. From the moment she picked us up at our hotel, we felt like welcomed guests rather than customers. Alessandra graciously opened her home to us and shared not only her culinary expertise but also her genuine hospitality. During the class, we learned how to make fresh ravioli with a cheese filling and tagliatelle completely from scratch, as well as a delicious lemon cream sauce and an authentic tiramisù. Watching the process and then enjoying the dishes we created using fresh, high-quality ingredients was truly memorable. Alessandra also treated us to her homemade limoncello, which was fantastic and added a special touch to the experience. The setting was breathtaking, with stunning views from her home that made the afternoon even more enjoyable. Alessandra was patient, knowledgeable, and passionate about sharing Italian cooking traditions. She made everyone feel comfortable and involved throughout the experience. We cannot thank Alessandra enough for her warmth, generosity, and hospitality. This was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy, and we would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for an authentic and unforgettable taste of Italian culture and cuisine.
