My home is nestled amidst greenery, and here you can pick your favorite seasonal vegetables from my garden. Made with genuine, fresh ingredients, the dishes I offer reflect the culture of my region, our traditions, and my love for good food. My cooking is rooted in family, with recipes passed down through generations that embody the flavor and color of my land. At my place, you'll find mixed vegetable salads, simple yet uniquely flavored first courses, homemade bread, and excellent wine produced by me. The show-stopper, however, is the breathtaking view of the gulf with Mount Vesuvius in the background.

- We feel so blessed to have been able to spend our time in Sorrento with Alessandra. She was kinda enough to arrange transportation for us to her home for our very personal cooking experience. Her family home is beautiful overlooking the sea and hillside of Sorrento. She was very engaging and made sure we understood her instructions during the class. We prepared two pasta dishes and the most amazing Tiramisu! There were four of us (friends for 50 years )in our group and we have attended cooking classes in France. This was by far the BEST cooking experience we’ve ever had. Thank you Alessandra for sharing your home and recipes with us! ❤️
- Alessandra was fantastic. We were a group of 3. Alessandra was extremely detailed with every step of the cooking process. You could tell she is passionate about what she does. Her home is absolutely beautiful with views that are breathtaking over Sorrento.. She took photographs and video throughout the class and emailed them to us later that evening. What a treat for us to have. The meal turned out delicious and we enjoyed it with a breathtaking view from her dining area. We cannot say enough about our evening with Alessandra. - An Unforgettable Cooking Experience in Sorrento! Our cooking class with Alessandra in her beautiful home in Sorrento was truly one of the highlights of our entire trip to Italy! From the moment we arrived, Alessandra made us feel like we were visiting an old friend rather than attending a cooking class. Her home was absolutely beautiful, and the setting and views made the experience even more special. We prepared four delicious recipes: homemade gnocchi, ravioli, tiramisu, and a fresh Caprese salad. Alessandra was patient, engaging, and so much fun to learn from. She made everything feel easy and enjoyable, even for those of us who aren't expert cooks! One thing that meant so much to our family was how accommodating Alessandra was to my daughter-in-law's gluten intolerance. She took the time to make sure she could fully participate in the experience and enjoy the meal along with everyone else. That extra thoughtfulness made the experience even more memorable for our family. But this wasn't just a cooking class—it was an opportunity to experience authentic Italian hospitality in someone's home. We laughed, cooked, danced, learned, ate, and made memories together that our family will talk about for years to come. The food was absolutely delicious, but what made this experience so special was Alessandra herself. She was warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and made us feel like family. If you're visiting Sorrento, I highly recommend taking a cooking class with Alessandra. Don't hesitate—book it!
