I invite you to join me for an authentic experience amongst the historic shops of Sorrento, where we’ll go together to buy fresh, wholesome ingredients.
After shopping, we’ll head to my home, where we’ll cook traditional classics together: handmade gnocchi or fresh tagliatelle with seasonal sauces, and of course tiramisu made to the traditional recipe.
At the end of the class, we’ll sit down to enjoy the dishes we’ve prepared together, in a moment of conviviality and sharing that captures the true spirit of Sorrento’s cuisine.

Here we offer authentic culinary experiences of tradition: with “Hands in Dough” you learn to make fresh pasta, mozzarella, and tiramisu; with “Pizza and Mozzarella” you discover the secrets of real Italian pizza, always with handmade mozzarella and a traditional dessert. For those who prefer, it is also possible to enjoy our local cuisine, with typical dishes from both land and sea.
