For Neapolitans the appetizer is sacred. Our imagination runs wild with these treats and our appetizers end up becoming a complete lunch, so there's no need to go any further.
In this delicious experience there is all the essence of my territory: the platter with our dairy products (buffalo mozzarella from Campania and fiordilatte from Sorrento, provolone del monaco, ricotta in the characteristic basket of intertwined branches) is accompanied by a tasting of seasonal garden products, and here mozzarella, tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil from Sorrento immediately become Caprese; aubergine parmigiana; the escarole "pizza"; the famous fried montanarine, the zeppoline which contain the delicacy of courgette flowers. An irresistible explosion of Mediterranean flavors!

- This experience was absolutely incredible and one of our favorite memories from Italy. From the moment we walked into the host's home, we felt welcomed like family. Their warmth, kindness, and genuine passion for sharing Italian culture made the entire experience so special. Learning to make fresh pasta and authentic tiramisu from recipes passed down through generations was such a unique and memorable experience. The instructions were easy to follow, and we loved hearing the stories and traditions behind each dish. There was something so special about cooking in a real Italian home rather than a commercial kitchen. The food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was warm, intimate, and full of laughter. It felt less like a class and more like spending an afternoon with friends around the dinner table. If you're looking for an authentic Italian experience, this is a must-do. - Fantastic experience. Laura made us feel completely comfortable and like we were family. She was very sweet with our 3-month-old baby. The best part was the passion she put into explaining things to us and the various "tricks" for the perfect pastiera. You can feel her enthusiasm and joy for what she does. A not insignificant detail, the result fully satisfied us both visually and in taste. From next year we won't have to buy pastiera anymore (my wife's favorite dessert). Thank you again, highly recommended as an experience.
