    Sartù di riso is a refined dish born in the kitchens of Neapolitan nobility in the 18th century. A sumptuous rice timbale with rich meat ragù, featuring a melting heart of Sorrento mozzarella, hard-boiled eggs, peas, and tiny meatballs. A spectacular and delicious masterpiece that recalls the lavish banquets of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies and the enchanting atmosphere of The Leopard, with the iconic dance between Angelica and the Prince of Salina. From my family's ancient recipe books, an invitation to prepare and savor this symbol of aristocratic Neapolitan cuisine, perfectly paired with excellent wine. We will end on a sweet note with a refreshing limoncello-soaked babà!

    Wat een super leuke cursus. Hele lieve mensen die ons leerde goncci en tiramisu te maken. Starte met wat hapjes lekker wijntje erbij gewoon in hun huis. Absoluut een aanrader om te doen.
