I am from Salerno, and my cooking begins even before turning on the stove — it begins with the view. From my hillside home you can take in the entire gulf: the light shifting hour by hour, the sea as a backdrop to every meal, the landscape becoming as much a part of the experience as the ingredients on the plate. It is in this setting that I welcome my guests and guide them through something that goes far beyond eating.My cooking is Campanian at heart: starters, first and second courses of land and sea, desserts from the Salerno and Naples tradition. I always start from simple, seasonal ingredients — lemons, fresh fish, basil, olive oil — the ones that tell the story of this land better than any words. To my passion for good food I add years of experience as an event planner and a particular care for the presentation of dishes and table setting, because every detail matters. I have also been cooking gluten-free for years, with the same attention and love I bring to every recipe.What I love most is turning every meal into a complete sensory experience: the flavours of Campania, the scent of the sea, the colours of a gulf that looks almost painted. A postcard to be lived, not just admired.
