I love preparing homemade pasta dishes, such as gnocchi, tagliatelle, fusilli, and ravioli, always enhanced by the seasonal delicacies of my land, the beautiful Picentini Mountains.When it comes to vegetables, I enjoy creating dishes like parmigiana, grilled vegetables, and stuffed vegetables, always respecting authentic flavors.I also make simple homemade desserts, rich in taste: struffoli, zeppole, Neapolitan pastiera, calzoncelli with chestnuts, hazelnut cakes (or with hazelnuts and cream), and the traditional crespelle, thin fried pastry filled with dark chocolate, honey, and chopped hazelnuts.And of course, much more, always prepared with passion and in full respect of culinary traditions!
