"My cuisine ranges from appetizers to desserts with great versatility. For some years I have studied the art of vegetarian and vegan cooking to meet the dietary needs of my children. I revisited typical dishes of the Campania tradition in a vegetable key, without losing sight of recipes and original flavors. I also cultivate with great passion the collection of antique English porcelain, which I love to present to my guests both at breakfast and at the classic tea time. I live to cook and have extreme respect for my guests, of whom I do not miss to grasp specific needs and unusual food tastes ".

Best evening ever. Sylvia and her family were the kindest, most welcoming people ever. We felt so loved. The cooking experience was incredible, truly the best food we have had. Such a fun time. But really, beyond the awesome food, we just felt so at home and will forever be grateful for this experience. As study abroad students, we are really missing our families from back home and Sylvia and her family filled that void and gave us the best night we ever could’ve asked for. Please please take this class, could not recommend this experience enough- it is worth everything and I will forever hold this time close to my heart.

I could not be more happy right now! My friends and I had truly the best night of our lives! Silvia welcomed us into her home with such a loving heart! She gave us tips and tricks and became my italian grandma for the evening! Being a study abroad student sometimes I have moments of homesickness however this experience truly is one for the books. Her soul lights up and fills the entire room. We had the best experience making gnocchi and learning all about the Italian culture! She taught us step by step so we were able to remember and make it again by ourselves in the future! We left with the fullest stomachs and even fuller hearts! I will never stop talking about how wonderful this experience was and truly that is all thanks to Silvia! I couldn’t recommend this enough!

Silvia was the most amazing host in the whole world. Me and a group of friends I am studying with decided to book a cooking class with her and it was the best decision we could have ever made. She made me feel so loved and welcome in her home, which as an international student, is a big deal! The food was delicious but the company was even better. We had the opportunity to learn about her life, and got to meet her wonderful children! This experience will forever go down as one of the best nights in my life. I am so grateful for Silvia and her family!! I cannot recommend more!
