Let's have fun together learning savoury baking skills and techniques, including different kinds of pastry. Course outline:
- - Introduction to baking tools and equipment. The basics of a great dough.
- - Hands-on cooking class. Let's get our hands dirty making one or more baked goods.
- - Dinner time: time to put your cooking skills to the "taste".

- Professional and well organized! My daughter and I loved this class. Silvia is so welcoming and giving. We felt right at home.
- This was such a fun and memorable experience! The class takes place in Sylvia’s personal home, and we truly felt like friends invited over for dinner. She was an amazing host and teacher. It’s a hands-on experience — we learned how to make tiramisu and a couple of types of pasta, which we can’t wait to recreate when we get home. She will send you the recipes afterward if you want. The meal was one of the best we’ve had during our trip to Italy. She also served a variety of delicious aperitivos, so definitely come hungry! . We highly recommend!

The class was very hands on and it was fun to watch my husband get his hands into pasta making. After our pasta and dessert making was complete, we enjoyed our hearty meal together. It brought me back to childhood memories of spending time with family in my grandmothers kitchen. Thank you to Silvia! We are family now! I would gladly visit Silvia again and I highly recommend this cooking experience for anyone spending time in Salerno or vicinity.

I also cultivate with great passion the collection of antique English porcelain, which I love to present to my guests both at breakfast and at the classic tea time. I live to cook and have extreme respect for my guests, of whom I do not miss to grasp specific needs and unusual food tastes ".
