I love preparing fresh pasta, gnocchi, ravioli, and sauces made with vegetables or fish. Among my main courses, the potato frittata — in many variations — stands out, along with seasonal meats, fish, and vegetables. As for side dishes, there's always a place for eggplant, zucchini alla scapece, friselle, and friarielli. My signature dish? Barese focaccia with potatoes, a cherished family recipe. Even though desserts aren't my first love, mine are always well received: tiramisu, caprese cake, delizia al limone, pastiera, struffoli, and many other homemade treats. My greatest reward? Seeing a smile after the very first bite.
