    I loved this class. I expected to enjoy it but it exceeded all my expectations!!! Ludovica is terrific. She greeted me warmly and made me feel so welcomed in her home. She is not only highly skilled but passionate about cooking and high spirited. I had so much fun preparing the meal together. All the ingredients were fresh and of top quality. As I ate each course, I had an outstanding view on her patio. This was a top favorite experience on Salerno for me!!! Mille grazie Ludovica!

    Ludovica, the host was incredible! I arrived a bit late and she was super nice and welvoming. I had a private experience, as no one else booked for that date and still did not cancel :) Super cozy place and lerned and cooked myself the gnocchi della nonna. Really recommended to have an inner experience. Had antipasti and good beer and wine too. Super nice views to all city from there.

    My cooking is a tribute to tradition and conviviality, with homemade dishes meant to be shared with family and friends. I love preparing fresh pasta, gnocchi, ravioli, and sauces made with vegetables or fish. Among my main courses, the potato frittata — in many variations — stands out, along with seasonal meats, fish, and vegetables. As for side dishes, there's always a place for eggplant, zucchini alla scapece, friselle, and friarielli. My signature dish? Barese focaccia with potatoes, a cherished family recipe. Even though desserts aren't my first love, mine are always well received: tiramisu, caprese cake, delizia al limone, pastiera, struffoli, and many other homemade treats. My greatest reward? Seeing a smile after the very first bite.
