You will be guests in my kitchen where we will prepare cavatelli together, a type of short pasta typical of southern Italy. All you need to make them is durum wheat flour, water and a drizzle of oil. Their hollow shape allows them to collect the sauce that accompanies them. You will be able to appreciate your handiwork by tasting them with sauce and buffalo mozzarella from Campania melted in the oven. We will conclude the meal with Neapolitan pastiera, made strictly with fresh buffalo ricotta from Campania and cooked wheat. I look forward to seeing you there.

Floriana è una padrona di casa veramente accogliente e sempre sorridente, facendoci subito sentire parte della sua famiglia. L'esperienza è stata divertentissima e formativa sulla pasta! La cena è stata ottima, con una pastiera DOC napoletana, oltre ad un piccolo omaggio rustico davvero buonissimo. Consigliatissima!
