My cooking is a tribute to tradition and conviviality, with homemade dishes meant to be shared with family and friends. I love preparing fresh pasta, gnocchi, ravioli, and sauces made with vegetables or fish.Among my main courses, the potato frittata — in many variations — stands out, along with seasonal meats, fish, and vegetables.As for side dishes, there's always a place for eggplant, zucchini alla scapece, friselle, and friarielli. My signature dish? Barese focaccia with potatoes, a cherished family recipe.Even though desserts aren't my first love, mine are always well received: tiramisu, caprese cake, delizia al limone, pastiera, struffoli, and many other homemade treats.My greatest reward? Seeing a smile after the very first bite.

We had our own private cooking class of gnocchi, tiramisu, and bruschetta. Great hospitality, and a wonderful mountain view of the city below of Salerno.

The entire experience felt truly authentic, personal, and special. Our daughters were engaged from beginning to end, and Ludovica was absolutely wonderful with the kids.
