I love preparing fresh pasta, gnocchi, ravioli, and sauces made with vegetables or fish.Among my main courses, the potato frittata — in many variations — stands out, along with seasonal meats, fish, and vegetables.As for side dishes, there's always a place for eggplant, zucchini alla scapece, friselle, and friarielli. My signature dish? Barese focaccia with potatoes, a cherished family recipe.Even though desserts aren't my first love, mine are always well received: tiramisu, caprese cake, delizia al limone, pastiera, struffoli, and many other homemade treats.My greatest reward?
