La mia cucina è particolarmente attenta alle materie prime selezionate da produttori locali ed in parte di produzione propria (olio, miele, uova, pollame, ortaggi e verdure di stagione). Grazie alle mie origini cilentane conosco ricette tradizionali, preparo pasta fatta in casa e grazie alla mia curiosità ed ai viaggi fatti in Malesia e Thailandia non mi dispiace proporre piatti che strizzano l'occhio ai sapori orientali.

- My niece and I had a wonderful experience with Elena! Her and her family were very welcoming. Their house was beautiful and all of the food was delicious!
- We were visiting Salerno with our three kids ages 9-16 and had a great time with our home cooking experience at Elena and Maurizio's home. Our daughter was able to help make pasta and fried bread which was awesome! They treated us to a full four course meal and delicious red wine. They grow vegetables in their garden and raise pigs as well. They also keep honey bees and we were treated to honey with desert. If you are looking for an authentic Italian home cooked meal, you will love this experience.
- We had a wonderful evening with Elena and her gorgeous family. The dining experience started with being taught how to press the pasta for our dinner! Elena made us a fabulous 4 course meal using a lot of supplies from her own garden. She shared some of her tricks on how she made the meal which I will try to replicate at home, especially the pumpkin! Her attention to detail made the experience special with ribbon wrapped menus and lovely table setting. The interesting conversations around the table with her husband and daughter made is feel like we where being entertained at a friend's house. I would absolutely recommend this dining experience with Elena in her home.
