La mia cucina è particolarmente attenta alle materie prime selezionate da produttori locali ed in parte di produzione propria (olio, miele, uova, pollame, ortaggi e verdure di stagione). Grazie alle mie origini cilentane conosco ricette tradizionali, preparo pasta fatta in casa e grazie alla mia curiosità ed ai viaggi fatti in Malesia e Thailandia non mi dispiace proporre piatti che strizzano l'occhio ai sapori orientali.

- We had such a wonderful time with Elena and her family on our recent visit to Salerno! It was really fun to see their animals and garden area. The food Elena prepared was absolutely delicious. The hospitality was amazing we felt like they really went out of their way with food and drinks to show us their Italian culture. We had such a nice time and would love to visit again when we return to Italy. Thank you to Elona, Mauricio and Marta! We welcome you to Arizona anytime!
- One of our best experiences in Italy - cooking and dinning with the Giordano family in their beautiful farm house high in the hills overlooking Salerno. They impressively work their hectare of land sustainably - sheep, pigs, beehives, olive groves, and an array of vegetables, vines and fruit trees. Elena’s Cesarine uses everything she can from the garden …we tasted tomatoes, eggplant, the biggest peaches I have seen in some time, honey and Elena’s limoncello. They love to host and share experiences… we felt so blessed to be welcomed with so much warmth - humbled by Elena, Maurizio, Marta and their four fury dogs and two cute cats. We were even treated to Marta’s art collection, she has so many talents. They are the epitome of wholesome hospitality. Grazie nuovi amici 🧡. A must do when in Italy.
- It was my first time in Salerno, and I never expected to have such an amazing experience. I met Elena and Maurizio, a lovely couple, along with their daughter. I had an incredible dinner and experienced with the local Solerlitano cuisine. Beyond the food, Elena and Maurizio were wonderful, warm people, and their hospitality was exceptional. We even met again for an aperitivo and a spontaneous dinner. I highly recommend this type of experience—meeting amazing people like them makes it unforgettable. New experiences and new friends ❤️
- I spent a wonderful Evening with Elena, Maurizio and Marta! Some of the best food i ever had, and such a hearty welcoming! You could really feel the importance of family and getting together! We spent almost 3 hours of eating and talking! The time just flew by and left me with a warm feeling of the experience! Thank you again for the food and experience!
