We’ll start with a delicious starter that combines flavours from land and sea, before getting to work on fresh, handmade pasta served with a seasonal sauce, just as it used to be made. Next, I’ll give you an engaging demonstration to reveal all the secrets of the main course. Everything will be accompanied by excellent wine, chosen to enhance every flavour and make the moment even more special. And to finish on a high note: the jam tart, a homemade dessert that smells of tradition and warmth. I look forward to sharing this taste-filled experience with you!
