- An absolutely flawless experience from beginning to end! Rubina and Valeria were exceptional hosts and wonderful teachers, making everyone feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Their warmth, passion, and expertise made the class both inspiring and incredibly enjoyable. The location was simply perfect, providing the most beautiful setting for an unforgettable experience. We had so much fun learning to make delicious bruschetta, fresh tagliatelle, and the most amazing tiramisu. Everything was explained so clearly, and the atmosphere was relaxed, friendly, and full of laughter. Without a doubt, one of the highlights of our trip. Spending the hours leading up to such an important moment in such a beautiful place, surrounded by wonderful people, amazing food, and spectacular scenery, made the whole day incredibly romantic and one we’ll cherish forever. We always use fresh, local products, preferably at km 0. We focus on typical appetizers and first courses, bringing the authentic flavors of our land to the table, and we accompany them with local desserts and homemade liqueurs, for a culinary experience that tells the story and culture of the coast.
