Enjoy a unique experience in the heart of Positano, where you will be welcomed into a typical Amalfi Coast home. We will start with a delicious aperitif of prosecco, local cheeses and cold cuts. Then, we will move to the kitchen to prepare fresh handmade pasta together, using locally sourced ingredients: ravioli alla caprese, tagliatelle ai limoni di Sorrento, gnocchi alla sorrentina and spaghetti alla Nerano. We will guide you step by step in the creation of the dough, concluding with a classic tiramisu. The experience will culminate with a relaxing lunch on our panoramic terrace, accompanied by an excellent local wine. An unforgettable gastronomic experience!

This was a 10/10 experience!!! Rubina and Valeria really made the cooking class fun and authentic. We learned so much and they provided us with all the recipes we made. The class is held at their own property in Positano and the view is incredible. After we finished cooking we got to eat on the balcony and enjoy the view. This was a much better experience than some of the other cooking classes offered in the area! We would book again!

Everything about it was great. The view from where she taught is to make the pasta was amazing. Their personality and patience in showing us how to do things was great, and the lunch with a view after was delightful.

We had the most incredible cooking experience with Valeria and Rubina during our time in Positano. As a family of four (with our 16- and 11-year-old), we were welcomed into their private home overlooking the cliffs—absolutely breathtaking views. They made the experience so fun, personal, and intimate—it was just the four of us, and it truly felt like cooking in a friend’s home. We learned to make two different types of pasta, and even our kids were fully involved and loved every minute. The food was amazing—honestly better than some of the restaurants we’ve been to! Valentina and Roberta were so warm, friendly, and made the entire experience unforgettable. Highly recommend—this was a highlight of our trip.

Valeria e Rubina were incredible hosts that immediately made us feel like close friends and family. Valeria’s family home had the most incredible views that we were able to enjoy throughout the cooking class on the outdoor terrace. We were welcomed with prosecco and antipasto and our two girls were greeted with extra special care and treats. We had a wonderful experience laughing and cooking with Rubina, making homemade pasta and tiramisu. Valeria prepared amazing sauces and zucchini that I hope to recreate at home soon. We loved our entire afternoon with the ladies and would highly recommend joining them if you are looking for a fun, relaxing, warm environment surrounded by delicious food and Nonna’s family recipes and tips for success. Our cooking is a tribute to the tradition of the Amalfi and Sorrento coast. We always use fresh, local products, preferably at km 0. We focus on typical appetizers and first courses, bringing the authentic flavors of our land to the table, and we accompany them with local desserts and homemade liqueurs, for a culinary experience that tells the story and culture of the coast.
