Live a unique experience in the heart of Positano, where you will be welcomed into a typical Amalfi Coast home. We will begin with a delicious aperitif of prosecco, local cheeses and cold cuts. Then, we will move to the kitchen to prepare fresh handmade pasta together, using km 0 ingredients: ravioli stuffed with ricotta and tagliatelle with Sorrento lemons. We will guide you step by step through the creation of the doughs, ending with a classic tiramisu. The experience will culminate with a relaxing lunch on our panoramic terrace, accompanied by an excellent local wine. An unforgettable gastronomic experience!

- Our cooking class with Valeria and Rubina was the highlight of not only our time in Positano, but our entire Europe trip! Their home (where the cooking class is) has the most amazing view of Positano! Both ladies did an excellent job of instructing us how to prepare the dishes and the meal we had was AMAZING! We had caprese salad, ravioli with two types of sauces, eggplant parm, and tiramisu. Their daughters were helping out with the class too by taking photos of us during the experience, which was a great way to get to remember the night while not feeling like you needed to have your own phone out. We were also sent all of the photos and recipes the next morning, and I can’t wait to recreate these dishes at home. I HIGHLY recommend taking a class with Valeria and Rubina!
