Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina
Shared Experience
Your experience
Halfway between Naples and Amalfi, on the Sorrento Peninsula, lies Gragnano, the world's pasta capital. In an old farmhouse, on a hillock surrounded by olive trees, fruit trees and a vegetable garden, my sfoglina friend Gabriella and I recount our culinary traditions and recipes handed down from our grandmothers.
You will get tour hands dirty making fresh pasta from scratch, seasoned, then, with a typical Neapolitan sauce cooked strictly on a wood-burning stove.
